Create new recordings in .MP4 file format (instead of .WebM file format). After installing the MP4 Extension, your new recordings will be in .MP4 format.
NOTE - The file size will be larger with .MP4 format.

Instructions

• Log in to HPE MyRoom desktop client
  
• Go to Settings
  
• Select Extensions (new)
  
• In the MP4 Recorder section click Install
  
• Next time you record, the recording file will be .MP4 format
  

If you decide you prefer .WebM, go to Settings / Extensions / MP4 Recorder section and uninstall the HPE MyRoom MP4 extension.
